horrible ! day per day acount stands frozen, cant be used
next day shut down device, log in for new, use several houres than same game. use 50Mbit and new Lenovo. thats lousy per 9.90 each month. have cancel contract
Deezer - missing the trick on customer service
Do like the Deezer platform, over that of others and have a family subscription, which I feel is brilliant value for money. A few of downsides are:
- poor functionality for family members to use their profile when linking to systems like Sonos, as only allow connection from the main account.
- delay in responding to technical issues. Password stops working for no reason and password reset emails are not sent from their system when asked for.
- Customer Service response on social media was delayed and nonresponsive.
- think it is time to stop being comfy and shop around.

Amazing sound quality and easy to use…
Amazing sound quality and easy to use and easy to contact customer service and they are so nice to talk to.
Poor service
Poor service, dropouts, poor selection, poor software.
There is nothing going on for this company.
And once cancelled, they kept charging me for some reason, the f***ers. I've cancelled again, but this is just really poor service, do not use them!
Patchy, Expensive service. Not worth it
I've used deezer for a number of years with no issue.
However this started to change a few years ago when I found some of my playlists would just either randomly stop mid track,or just not even play tracks at all. All of my playlists were downloaded for offline use so this shouldn't have happened. This kept happening on and off, but only when out of the house, so only when not connected to WiFi (even after reinstalling the app), but not consistently enough to stop using it.
I added my 2 older children to my account with deezer trio, and had no issues up until a weeks ago (26th April). The app wouldn't let me log in, dispite the password being correct. I contacted support and was told to uninstall and then reinstall, which I did. I changed my password and logged in. However as soon as I logged out, I was unable to log back in again using the new password.
My children were also unable to log in to their accounts as it had logged them out. I repeated the process, and logged in, the checked my account settings only to find that deezer no longer lists trio as a subscription. Premium and family being the only subscriptions that were showing.
I filled out another help form, but as yet have heard NOTHING back.
That was the 27th. With my previous request for help,I heard back within hours, and have since received a survey about the service received on the 26th. Yet still nothing for the 2nd request for help.
I've been charged a full months subscription for trio @£14.99 but not been able to use it...... Deezer have had plenty of opportunities to let me know that this subscription was going to be stopped BEFORE taking this months money.
Wouldn't recommended to anyone, unless they are wanting to pay lots for a patchy service at best.

Another exploitative streaming service that pays it's artists next to sod all, massages the stats so they don't have to pay out and has sh!te customer service. Somehow manage to value themselves at 1.1 billion. Epic shithousery

Deezer have not paid any royalties out…
Deezer have not paid any royalties out to artists. Their stats for artists I am sure contains cooked data where the stream numbers arent being recorded.. Their help desk is non existent waiting for now over 8 days for answers.

I opted for Deezer Premium in…
I opted for Deezer Premium in combination with my T mobile account. Unfortunately, after one month Deezer started charging me double (once through T mobile and once through their own payment service). After contacting both, I discovered that Deezer never registered my combination account as such, but still took two monthly fees from my bank account. Upon contacting them, they said my account has been properly registered and I cannot get a refund for the months I paid double. The mistake was clearly theirs, but once they think you have a contract with them, it is impossible to get out of that supposed contract.

Beware they continue to take money out of your account.
I honestly thought ud cancelled after 3 month free subscription but seemingly not!
Only used it once and got charged over £53.00!!!!!!
Seems I've been paying £9.99 pm which went upto £11.99 in Jan.
They refunded my March payment but kept the rest even though I never used service.
Buyer beware, make a note to cancel after free period otherwise you'll become another disgruntled reviewer

In Europe (Greece) premium account from 6,99€ goes to 10,99€? THIS IS RIDICULOUS !!! Im Deezer member since 2014 and now switching to Spotify.
They will take your money with out authorisation
I cancelled my Deezer subscription late last year and they continue to take payments for a subscription I no longer have I requested a refund and they completely ignored my request. This company has shockingly bad customer and they will take your money with out authorisation

Cancelled payment method but still got charged
Absolutely disgusted with deezer I cancelled my payment method to make sure I wasn't charged again for such an awful service and they still had the cheek to charge me 9.99 today pointless asking asking a refund because they don't care about their customers at all even all these comments prove it stay well away from this company I'll be speaking to the bank to cancel all future payments they won't be receiving another penny out of me!!!!

Truly awful customer service with…
Truly awful customer service with compassion or empathy, having been a loyal customer and an advocate of the brand for several years, they decided I wasn't paying enough ad hiked the price up by 5 times the amount! having spoken in length with their customer services I was left feeling unworthy as a customer. would not recommend this music app above the other available, I've moved to Amazon Music which is cheaper and far better quality with a huge library.
